Materials to be provided by client:
_ Doors to rooms as existing doors are to be re-used
_ Bath, bath/shower taps, vanity units powder room and bathroom including taps, shower screen, WC, tiling
_ Kitchen cupboards, kitchen bench top, kitchen appliances, kitchen sink including tap, tiling
Materials to be provided by Energetik:
_ Robe sliding door + interior shelving and hanging area (2.40 height, width as indicated on plans)
_ Screened timber door to HW heater
_ Plasterboards and cornices where necessary
_ Water Piping
Labour
_ Cornices and timber floor are to be made good where wall has been removed
_ Remove all old kitchen cupboards, old vanity in bathroom
_ Remove old carpets and vinyl flooring all along the house
_ Remove all old curtains
_ Plumbing as indicated
_ Electricity: 1 power point to bathroom vanity unit and 1 power point to kitchen fridge
_ Tiling is not to be quoted
_ Kitchen cupboards and bench top installation is not to be quoted
_ Please quote dishwasher drainage, water supply and electricity work separatly
