Load bearing wall removal - castle hill

Bruce requested 3 quotes from Renovators in Castle Hill

room on rhs of building is formal lounge dining. 10.4m deep x 4.2 metres wide

wall with an archway divides the room approx in two.

i assume it is load bearing as ceiling joists would need to run 10.4+m from front to back of house.

house is single story obviously where beam needs to be placed.
house is double brick down stairs.
beam would need to span 4.2m.

have not had a look in roof space as yet. would need to lift tiles and tear sarking to get a look.

job is to
1) remove wall
2) replace with support beam of some sort
3) make ceiling gyprock and cornices good around join point.

painting i will do.

cannot see how this can be quoted without seeing the details.
i also want to discuss how it might be best achieved.
please ring to arrange time to quote.
