I had a contact with a local newspaper for home renovation builder and had a very bad experience. It seems like if you don't go with that company, then you do not get a price quote which I think is disgraceful given this is a big project
So therefore, I will be upfront here. This will be a HUGE job as this is a major home renovation so I WILL be doing a price quotations/comparison with different companies here so if you are going to say to me "If you decide to use me, then I will give you the price quote", then please do not contact me.
I am not wasting your time but I will be not wasting my time either. Think of it as an interview here, whichever company gives me the best confidence based on various factors such as price, service, knowledge, references, workmanship etc, then I will choose the final candidate which I am sure you will understand
You will obviously need an hour or two to do the site inspection/quotation

- Add room wardrobes
- Repair ceilings
- Change timber floors
- Painting interior and exterior
