Major kitchen revamp wanted for single storey home

We would like to revamp the existing kitchen, replace appliances and install fully extendable drawers in cabinets (hettich or blum or similar? replacing low, deep cupboards) for better storage. benchtops to suit 5'11" + 6'5" people using them - caesarstone ideal. we prefer clean, modern, minimalist designs in neutral tones (easy to keep clean) with no visible handles or push-cupboards. design needs to be 'family friendly'.
looking for good quality at best price. can manage project ourselves to reduce cost.
vinyl to be ripped up and option of polishing floorboards (depending on condition) or replacing vinyl.
vinyl to be replaced in bathroom, toilet and ensuite too.
