Replace existing single male and single female toilet and handbasins. Replace suspended slab (at hall stage level) with slab on ground (at hall floor level - to enable disabled access). Punch 3 new doors (two internal and one external) into brick walls. Partition walls (possible asbestos) need reconfiguring/removal. New plumbing from external wall inground through to toilet and handbasins. Tiling. As this is a church project, we are looking to leverage our manpower to do as much demolition as possible to keep your costs down.
