  Project manage rip out of old kitchen and installation of new kitchen. Take exact kitchen measurements. One L shaped kitchen which needs to be ripped out. L-shaped Ikea kitchen to be installed
Current kitchen
Long L - 61 cm deep, 250 cm long. Set against a freestanding low dividing wall (staying) in an open plan setting.
1 set of 4 drawers 40cm wide, dishwasher (staying), 1 cupboard under the sink 80cm
Single sink with draining board.

Short L set against brick wall;
5 hanging cupboards 40 cm wide, 73 cm wide
6 lower cupboard door s. 5 x 40cm, 1x39cm. 73cm high.
Corner pantry with hinged door. 200cm high.

Replace the above with standard ikea kitchen drawers or cupboards. Put in a freestanding broom cupboard on another wall next to the fridge.(staying)
Coordinate electricians, gasfitter for freestanding stove.
coordinate plumber for sink/tap installation. Probably a standard type of single sink with a small side sink and draining board.

Measure and install benchtop if laminate. Probably obtained separately rather than from ikea. If engineered stone, measure and coordinate stone mason to install

Possibly screw in a few extra pull out drawers.
A corner cupboard under the sink will have a "magic cupboard" pull out kind of wire frame to install as well.

Except corner pantry which may come from bunnings or be custom made.
There are some custom made cupboard doors to be measured for and installed for a space in a chimney breast. Currently 2 doors each 103cm high x 50cm wide
Possible tiling of splashback if unable to retain when pulling out kitchen.
Adding coving at bottom of tiling
Can you please advise if your quotes include the cost of the actual trades eg. Electrician, gas, plumber, tiler.
If you are able to source a quality laminate benchtop 20mm thick. Please include this in your quote also.
