It was very positive. I was not expecting to have to pay $100 for a quote through Service Central but I did. Apart from that the whole experience was very good. Danny came when he said he would, kept me informed of progress (with daily photographs), was very tidy and delivered a quality job which I am very happy with. At his preliminary site visit he discussed my requirements in detail and made sure I understood what he would quote on and how the job would look when finished (it was rebuilding a shower to prevent leaks, retiling and rehanging a frameless screen. Would definitely recommend this company.
