Removal of one internal wall ( will require steal beam 150UC23 to be placed in roof structure - structural engineers report done) to open up kitchen and lounge. There are also power points on this wall and will have to be removed and replaced elsewhere.
Once this is done we plan be removing old kitchen and have plans to install a new galley style kitchen (with appliances), tiled floor and benchtop. Which will be a seperate job
