I need to remove a wall that currently separates the kitchen from the laundry, plaster it, level the floor between the two areas and re-plaster splashback. Once the kitchen is installed, build a bulkhead above kitchen wall units, paint ceiling and laminate floor. Also, we need to remove the man hole to a new location.
