remove existing shower, bathtub, vanity and tiles. Replace with free standing bath with shower over top but in different position, replace vanity in different corner of room. New taps etc required, Current pipes in compatable position, but may need floor drain relocated. Bathroom is only 2.4mx 1.9 approx, so it is quite compact. Will consider drop-in bath if a reasonable cost benefit. Acrylic only required, not metal. Fittings to be decent quality, not cheap and breakable. New tiles to floor- non slip about 300x300, and white or offwhite wall tiles 200x200 to wall to height of 1.8m. May need some resheeting. 1 additional power point and change of light fitting.
