1. Install RB1 (250UB31), C2(90x3.6 SHS on CONC STUMP ON 450x45x450 PAD) & C2(90x3.6 SHS ON BRICK PEER ONTO EXISTING FOOTING) as per engineering assessment
2. Remove old laundry & door, brick in as per bi fold opening
3. Brick in Kitchen Window
4. Widen exterior entrance for Bi-Fold, involves removal of 1 mtr of brickwork and extend existing brickwork to. Render applied on all changed brickwork (bagged) .
5. Remove 3 walls (customer will remove if supporting beams can be installed 1st)
6. Return changes to plaster walls ready for 3rd party who will supply and fit kitchen
7. Install cavity slider for new bathroom
8. Convert 2 voids and WIR to bathroom, return to plaster
No requirement for electrical, painting or plumbing as these will be sourced separately
