We would like a quote on the renovation of our bathroom. it dates back to the 40s and is 2m x 2.2m. we would like to have new fixtures & fittings (tiles, bath, toilet suites, vanities, tap ware, towel rails, roll holder), heating, lighting etc fitted in. the layout of the bathroom will be unchanged and there will be no major plumbing alterations. we would like to know if we would be getting all the materials ourselves and what is included in the service provided by the builder/renovator? thanks
