Existing en-suite that requires gutting - removal of old wall and floor tiles (not sure if this neccessitates removal of gyprock and re-waterproofing), remove shower screen, remove vanity and possibly toilet (toilet appears to have floor tiles up to, rather than underneath), replace 2 x floor drain 'tops'.
Re-tile walls and floor - ~2m high in shower, ~1.2m for rest of area, replace shower screen, replace vanity and toilet if it needs to be removed, replace 2 x floor drain 'tops', install cabinet/mirror.
En-suite is approx. 1.2m wide by 3m long. Shower cubicle has a hob, cement floor throughout en-suite, easy access in single level house.
No changes to layout - currently usable but dated and doesn't appear to have any problems.
