I’m planning to extend and renovate a recently purchased house and expecting to start the work in 4 weeks’ time.
These are the high level requirements
• The existing rooms are too small. Need to either merge or expand
• The location of the bathrooms are not practical. Needs changing
• The new design should have 4 bed rooms, 1 study, laundry and a media room
• The garage should have space for 2 + cars
• The kitchen should be able to cater for an island bench top ( should be a big kitchen too)
Happy to share the existing floor plan if needed.
