Renovate and upgrade 3 bedroom house 2 bath room, garaged.

1. patching and plastering walls inside the house around 50 holes.
2. removed old carpet and install laminate floor board for all 3 bedroom, study room, lougn room and hall way
3. removed tiles from the front door, hallway, lounge room, kitchen, loundlette, 2x bath rooms and 1 x toilet.
4. replace new floor tiles at kitchen, loundrett, 2x bath rooms and 1 x toilet
5. remove old skirting board to new one and paint
6. painting wholes house with 2 feature walls (at study room is texture color which i want to make it become normal type of paint.
7. change 3 external doors and varnished it plus put new lock on
8. change 3 bedrooms internal doors and paint in white
9. change all wardrobe, pantry door and inside wardrobe.
10. change sliding door lock
11. fix up some water leaking and install new water tab.
12. installed 13 x downlight, 5 x oyster light for whole house.
13. change all power points and light switches and rewiring.
14. knock down the extention wall which come out from part of the wall.
my house has a lot of damaged on the walls, most of the house need to repair and replace. i am in the budget please give me quote for each section of problems and i will decide which one i have to do first. i will supply all the materials to you apart from your own tools
could you pleas advice me which part of renovation of my house that i need to apply for permit from council and which part of the house that i need achitecture plan proved. my house size is around 92 sqm
