We need to renovate our bathroom, more a mini reno - to get it into a sellable condition. It is very old fashioned. We need existing fittings removed, retiling (tiles already purchased). New bath, toilet and sink fitted (already purchased) and new shower fitted (not already purchased). Don't know about our budget we have no idea how much this job could cost.
