Hi - we are currently working with an architect to get plans and permits for some work at our home, and are looking for a building company to do the work. It involves renovating an existing room, building an internal staircase, and extending back under the house to create a new laundry, toilet and storage room. As this stage we are looking for some building firms to tender for the work based on plans and specifications developed by the architect. We'd be very happy to meet with anyone who is potentially interested to show them the house and the plans and to discuss what our needs are. We are keen to get the work done prior to Christmas if possible.
