We have a currently vacant 1-BR apartment that requires renovation. Jobs we are looking to get done include: (1) removing existing timber kitchen and installing a new Ikea kitchen (we will provide the Ikea kitchen in flat packs); (2) connected electric stove and oven in new kitchen (we will provide oven and stove); (3) floor and wall tiling of kitchen; (4) removing existing carpet and laying floating laminate floor (we will provide flooring and underlay); (4) repainting throughout; (5) retiling bathroom; (6) updating bathroom fixtures eg sink/vanity. We are looking at someone starting immediately if the quote is reasonable, so we would like to arrange for you to inspect the property and provide a quote to start things off.
