We have 2 bathrooms in need of renovation. One is requiring substantial work (including demolition of at least one wall) and the other more minor and cosmetic in nature. We also need the floor of the laundry re-tiled (likely in line with the two bathrooms being renovated). Secondly we are needing a quote for interior painting of the whole house (2 storeys, 5 bedroom home) - the house will be vacant so there will be no obstruction. Thirdly, the house is currently tiled in the family/living area which we would like to convert to solid timber flooring if appropriate. We would prefer tradesmen who would be happy to quote for the 3 pieces of work separately (i.e. bathroom/laundry + interior painting + flooring) as our work scope will depend on budget. Thanks.
