Looking to renovate our small laundry and adjacent guest toilet. The laundry is a difficult space, having three doorways and a window! But we have a fairly specific idea of what we want done - includes removing tub and tub taps (not being replaced), relocating waste, retiling and some minor joinery to create workbench. Possible render on bricks as well. Also replacing small washbasin in toilet.
