We need someone to remove the old tiles, waterproof surface, install new tiles, replace old toilet and vanities with ones supplied by us. Also need to fix broken power outlet and install IXL vent on ceiling.
Don't know how much such job will cost, just putting random figure to keep the software happy.
Tiles, tapware and fixture are supplied by us.
