one 1770 wall has tiled rear of linen press 840wx 420d + a door opening to the hall. the opposite wall has a window (1105l x 755w)
plumb new lineal drainage grate 900mm for shower space: install 2 sets wall taps: & 1 set taps and wall rail & shower head.
install (claw footed) bathtub, + bowl/basin on (preconstructed) wooden shelf using s trap.
owner supplies: floor & wall tiles, bath & basin, 3 sets taps & wall shower rail and head, 2 spouts & shelf for basin bowl.
wanted: labour, skill, plumbing bits, remove rubbish, including what is removed from under bathroom floor.
bathroom must be usable before 12.09.08
this is our wish list.
