I'd like an "apartment" build as a second story on my house. I would require plans and quotes for a master bedroom/ walk-in-robe and ensuite/ laundry, and a lounge room/ kitchenette and possibly a small balcony. We would also require internal stairs in the main house and would like bookshelves built under the stairs in order to use the space well.
