Small bathroom / townhouse
1 year ago shower leaked to second level of townhouse through floor. insurance advised it was due to a leaking membrane on the shower floor. all shower floor tiling/floor mdf board has now been removed along wtih villaboard up the shower wall. termite damage on framing/wall. joists look to be still ok.i suspect surrounding floor mdf boards have also been effected - adjoining bedroom has been checked and is not effected.
i am looking for a quote to fix the damage and install new flooring/walls etc

Turned up at my property. Obviously did not read what the job was. Told me he would get a hold of a carpenter / builder to quote on the work. Took them over a week and a half to call me. Wish they hadn't as he was just as unprofessional. Tried to sell me new shower fittings - which had absolutely nothing to do with the job that needed to be done. Not professional. Not recommended.
