Small kitchen renovation in apartment

I have a small kitchen in my apartment that I am renovating. I want to try and maximise my storage and functionality options in it. The dimensions are [A] 3000mm long by [B] 1800mm wide by [C] 1900mm long. The top half of B wall is taken up mostly by the window. The old kitchen has been removed and there are only some remaining wall and floor tiles. I would like to start from scratch and have large 60x60 floor tiles, regular wall tiles and a splashback. I only have between $9,000 - $10,000 to do it all, cabinets, tiling, electrical and plumbing. I have sourced my own appliances.
