1940s apartment building - Stage 1 of reno - kitchen has stoveplace surround made from brick and concrete, includes small concrete slab set into the ceiling above, same size small terrazo concrete slab in floor, solid concrete lintel. Job is to remove the tiles, brick and concrete slabs, suspect small jackhammer easier than cutting the concrete. Dispose of all rubble. Possibly also to make good ceiling, move stove and some other associated work - depending on your line - this would suit demo/builder/handyman type business. See pics of job.
