2x bathrooms to be renovated. main bathroom 2.3 x 2.4 need to be relined and replace all tiles taps etc full fit out, services stay in same position. 2nd bathroom 2.1 x 2.0 requires a little more prep work with carpentry, but has not been fitted out before it is a clean skin. Needs a wet wall lined and fitted out. all areas have easy access and storage of tools is under cover, so need to pack up after each day
