sunroom needs pulling down and rebuilding as an extention to the back of the house. currently, room is add on with concrete floor that leaks. floor needs external brick surround and floorboards put on top. floorboards to be polished. pot belly needs to be installed. corridor to sunroom needs to be put into house as currently only access is through sliding doors (which used to be windows) in two rooms at back of house.summary: need floor, walls and roof (heatproof for pot belly). room is approximately 20 metres long by 10 metres wide.
