a number of works required, listed in order or priority.
renovating downstairs area in highset home. it's setup as a rumpus area. multiple works required:
supply and installation of bamboo floor. existing floor is mix of tiles and carpet. looking to cover the complete area in bamboo. approx 30 sq m.
remove a slatted feature wall (non structural, approx 2m length) and replace with plaster wall.cupboards to be built on one side of the room for general storage.
these other works can be done at the same time or some time later.
other works:
tiling - install floor tiling in downstairs laundry and separate toilet. currently concrete floor. approx 5.5 sq m
tiling - install splashback tiling to laundry tub
laundry tub - remove and replace (floor tiling to be done between remove and replace)
plaster repair - to bedroom wall. large section ripped up due to removal of corkboard! area approx 1.1m x 1.1m
build internal doorway - build an internal doorway into an existing open entrance area (jamb required and plaster area above jamb)
replace sliding front entry door - current front entry door is glass sliding door that we want to replace with a side panel and swinging wooden door.
