we are yet to complete all the wall details so please refer below for additional information that can’t be found on the plans as yet.
existing plastered areas [no works]: male, female, unisex accessible toilets and airlock are already plaster
specific areas:
kitchen: 16mm fire-rated plasterboard to all walls and ceiling
bar: 13mm wet area plasterboard
cafe: 13mm wet area plaster to back wall
walls general: 13mm impact resistant plaster for a minimum 2100mm above floor level
– standard core 13mm over for the remainder will be fine
ceilings general: 13mm acoustic plasterboard all flush
cornices: inside bulkheads: 270mm decorative fibreglass reinforced cornices
all other ceiling to wall junctions: all square set
all new studwork is proposed as metal stud frame.
