Tile (floor and wall) small powder room - porcelain tiles

Tiler experienced in porcelain tiles to tile powder room. Small room but will be a bit fiddly. Floor = 2.5sqm. Walls = 11-12 sqm. Tiles have already been purchased. The floor tiles are ceramic 300mm x 300mm. The wall tiles are porcelain 300mm x 600mm. Wall tiles will be floor to ceiling.
We have removed the existing tiles. The floor tiling bed is still largely in tact. We will remove it if the tiler considers that the bed is not suitable. Waterproofing likely to be required. We are happy for the tiler to do it or we can arrange for a seperate waterproofer if preferred.
We are looking for a quality finish and attention to detail.
