Summary:make space by either removing shower/tub & install a new toilet commode.
detail:
currently there exists a toilet next to the ensuite bathroom, we need another toilet commode in the ensuite.
the ensuite currently has a tub , shower and wash basin.
the tub/shower are adjacent to the existing toilet commode divided by a wall, so i am assuming the existing pipes/fittings are in place.
will go by whats more cheaper a) removing the tub or removing the shower, if the shower is removed then will need to install a shower head over the tub.
