I want a quote which includes materials and removal of all waste as well as includes the plastering and leaving the new openings in a finished condition. Also I will poss need to have a few floorboards laid where the walls have been removed.

Anthony rang me very promptly to organise an appointment time to give me a quote in a few days time. The following day I received not one, but 2 messages advising me that my quote had been sent through and asking for my feedback. Given he hadn't been out to my house to give me the quote I was a bit surprised to receive these messages and decided to cancel the quote as it made Anthony seem quite disorganised. I'm not sure if this was a fair assumption or not but I thought I'd try some other companies instead.
