Garage - separate to the house.Brick and roof is colorbond. Would like to convert the space into a spare room or office. Garage door to be replaced with bifold doors. Garage will need extensive repair, and perhaps underpining to fix slight structural damage caused from weight of original tiled roof. Though estimate colourbond roof is only about three years old and was put on before we bought the house.
