I have a 1940's bungalow that I plan to re-clad and insulate, but first it needs stumping and levelling. It's a 7.6 x 3.6 metre rectangle with 21 stumps, decent clearance and good access on 3 sides. The subfloor and boards are in good condition, the boards were polished 1 year ago so I would like them to be left undisturbed if possible.
