I'm looking at buying a brick house in Sunshine, Its a great sized block and good location but the house is sinking on one side. The roof looks ok, which makes me think it may be worth restumping as the price is very reasonable. Of course I'll pay for the specialist advice and a quote... even though I may not purchase the house. Could you please quote me for the quote?
