We are renovating a house which requires re-stumping. floorboards will be already lifted prior to the re-stumping.

- concrete stumps to replace existing stumps.
- poured concrete pad footings.
- stumps to be securely fixed to bearers, using threaded rod bolts.
- ant caps to be provided between stumps and bearers.
- all work to be in accordance with the relevant building regulations.
- contractor will be responsible for obtaining relevant council building permit.
- floors to be re-levelled to within 15mm after completion of re-stumping.
