Previous owner has done reasonable job of jack & pack for levels, but stumps need replacing with concrete stumps. Access through floor can be done for rear of house. Majority of house has underfloor clearance. I have worked in residential industry so with no offence intended but as a result of experience i ask for reasonable quotes please.
