We have a brick single-fronted Victorian house in West Brunswick. The two bedrooms, lounge and passage have baltic pine flooring which has sunk in parts and there are gaps and damaged and loose floorboards in each area.
We want to have the flooring level in each room and the floorboards repaired ready for either sanding and polishing, or to be a level base for flooring placed on top of the levelled and repaired floorboards.
