I have a single fronted semi detached weatherboard house in Brunswick (Connelly St) which needs the front 2 rooms re-stumped. It was re-stumped about 20 years ago but the front of the house has dropped about 6-8cm. Tenant currently lives there but is happy to allow access for quotation. The job is to start when tenant moves out Oct 8th. I have given the tenant's number to contact and arrange access but please don't call her.
