Brent requested 3 quotes from Restumpers in Tarragindi
Currently have an area approx 40-50 sqm under the rear of a 3 bedroom house on a sloping block. Is currently legal height (2.6m) but have a concrete slab that is 500mm thick but not reinforced or able to be built on (so I am told by engineer). Want to hold up house, break up concrete and then restump house. Will then replace the concrete slab with a timber floor, hopefully giving me an extra 200-300mm height..
Plans are currently being drawn up for renovation underneath and want to move once plans are finished. Would like successful job to communicate with draftsman.
To look at house, needs to be after 4.30pm weekdays or weekends.
