Been noticing our floor gradually lowering with more cracks appearing above doors. Went under the home to investigate to noticed that a few concrete stumps are cracked through. Need to get this... One section of the house has dropped. Stumps were checked years ago, and a few needed to be replaced/jacked up, but no action was taken. It is now causing issues in the bathroom. Three bedroom property with separate laundry, bathroom, lounge room, entrance and kitchen/ meals area. Property has been re-stumped with bearers and flooring replaced in areas. Work is not level...
