At one corner, it is moving up and down by couple of cms if I put some pressure by foot. Other corner floor has fallen by 1-2 cms and I can see a gap in floor and skirting. I am not sure of the key issues but seems like there might be issues with Joists as my floor is solid timber floor. I am looking for an expert advice and quote to fix this whole issue especially if it's subfloor related issues. I am looking to get this job done in a months time but looking to understand from experts the urgency of the issues so that I can plan when to get it done I look forward to hearing from you shortly.
