I need to get some restumping done, well actually maybe just wedges as the concrete stumps have either dropped or were not put in carefully enough. A plumber who looked under the house said about... A plumber who looked under the house said about 1/4 of the stumps had a gap between them and the bearers and need wedges. It's a brick house with limited footing height (built 1930s), I'm guessing ~50cm. The land is sloped, there is a bit of a site drainage issue and the soil is highly reactive clay (I'm getting aggy pipes in later). Would love to get quotes ASAP.
