Have recently purchased a place in Ormond, which is on wooden stumps. There is some noticeable bounce and unevenness in some rooms in the front of the house, and I would like to understand whether... There is some noticeable bounce and unevenness in some rooms in the front of the house, and I would like to understand whether it relates to the stumps, and whether there is an urgent need for remedial action. I am not necessarily planning on doing anything with the stumps for the moment, but rather want an indication as to whether there is an issue/how much of an issue, so just want the subfloor inspected to get an idea (and if there is an urgent issue, to understand the cost).

The house was previously restumped prior to moving in (11 yrs ago) but not leveled. The planned extension and renovation later this year including floating floors means we would like to have floors...
