We have council approved plans, and permits. The plans recommend restumping. We have also had the house inspected, and obtained an inspection report. The inspector has recommended that restumping... We have council approved plans, and permits. The plans recommend restumping. We have also had the house inspected, and obtained an inspection report. The inspector has recommended that restumping be done, however, not to the entire house, so we maybe looking at only \'partial\' restumping\', over the back of the house only. - - We also have \'Engineers\' drawings, detailing the depth to take the stumps, which they will ask for. - - The plan is basically, to restump the rear of the house, and other parts in the front of the house (if needed) - according to the Engineers drawings, to enable us to lay timber floor. - - The plans have got a patio to be built out the back, which we would like to go ahead with, which we would like the restumper to lay the stumps for, and include in their quote, and possibly build the patio - if this is part of the service that they provide, or are able to do. -
