I'm living in the house. There is a lane down the side of house (no fence, just weatherboards on lane. There are bluestone pavers but room to get under I believe. I have one quote for this (outside) approach. I would like one or two more. I DO NOT MIND PAYING EXTRA rather than ripping up the whole floorboards,carpet etc. It is a small old house, straight line with lane (not used)all the way along. Walkway along other side of house.
