Our home was professionally restumped in 1999. In the last 1-2 years we have noticed a lot of movement, particularly in the front main bedroom. Doors that did close don't anymore, marbles roll away downhill, weird noises in the front BR when you walk around, stuff like that.
Would like someone with availability to start in 2 weeks time or thereabouts, work needs to be done reasonably urgently.
Successful tradesman should be willing to provide 2 recent references and all appropriate HIA memberships and full insurance etc.
