Re-stumping and re-levelling of timber framed 2 bedroom single fronted house in Brunswick. There is access either side of the house - detached. There is about 200mm clearance between bearer and dirt at front of house and nearly no clearance at the rear. Bearers and joists to front of house where I can see are in good condition. Can't see the rear.
