Our house is on a slight slope. There's subsidence under the front of the house, on the downhill side. We commissioned an Archicentre report that provides detail of the problem. The plaster and lathe walls of our bedroom our cracked, and cracking extends into the hallway. The house was restumped in the early 1990s, but poor drainage has caused this problem.
